Refund Policy

This policy explains when a payment made to ThesisPublisher.my, operated by ThesisPublisher.my, can be refunded. It applies to every payment taken through this website.
1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

If a manuscript is rejected after an APC has been paid, the charge is refunded in full. We do not charge an APC as a condition of review.
2. Conference registration

Refunds are processed after the conference concludes, within 30 days. Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at no charge up to 14 days before the event. Medical and bereavement cases are considered individually.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate part-months. A subscription cancelled within 14 days of first purchase, with no substantial content accessed, is refunded in full.
4. Individual article and book chapter purchases
Digital purchases grant immediate access and are therefore non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or read. If a file is corrupt, the wrong item, or does not match its description, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full.
5. Duplicate and erroneous charges
Any duplicate or incorrect charge is refunded in full as soon as it is verified.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@thesispublisher.my with your name, the payment reference, and the reason for the request. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to decide within 10 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the funds.
7. Currency and charges
Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. We do not refund losses caused by exchange-rate movement, or fees charged by your own bank.
