ThesisPublisher.my is a Malaysia-based academic publishing platform that operates peer-reviewed journals across more than 45 disciplines, from computational sciences and engineering to social sciences and humanities.

The platform was built to address specific inefficiencies in the traditional journal publishing model: long review turnaround times, limited visibility into editorial workflows, and restricted access to published work. We adopted a different approach by enforcing reviewer deadlines, providing authors with a real-time tracking dashboard, and publishing accepted articles with same-day DOI registration and open-access indexing.

Editorial standards

21-day decision cycle

Reviewers accept a 14-day review window when they take on a manuscript. If a review is not submitted within that period, the system automatically reassigns the paper. Authors receive an initial editorial decision within three weeks of submission.

Transparent editorial tracking

The author dashboard shows the current review stage, assigned reviewer count, and expected decision date for each submission. Status changes are logged and visible in real time.

Same-day open-access indexing

Accepted articles are assigned a DOI and indexed with CrossRef, Google Scholar, and DOAJ on the day of publication. Citation metadata becomes available immediately.

Format-free initial submissions

First submissions are accepted in any standard format (PDF, DOCX). Citation style and typesetting requirements apply only after a manuscript is accepted for publication.

Indexing and membership

ThesisPublisher.my is a CrossRef member organisation. Published articles are registered with DOI and indexed across Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Semantic Scholar. We follow COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for editorial conduct and research integrity.
