What We Do

Knowledge advances when research is discovered, read, discussed, and developed further. Yet many valuable theses remain confined to university libraries and institutional repositories, receiving little attention after examination. Years of scholarly work may end as a single archived document rather than becoming part of the wider academic conversation.

Thesis Publisher was established to change this situation. We support authors in transforming original research into peer-reviewed journal articles, scholarly books, edited volumes, conference proceedings, and other academic publications. Our purpose is to extend the life, visibility, reach, and scholarly impact of research.

Why We Exist

We believe that a thesis should represent the beginning of a scholarly journey, not its final destination. Valuable research should travel beyond institutional boundaries, reach global readers, contribute to academic debate, and support social and intellectual progress.

Academic publishing should also be transparent, timely, ethical, inclusive, and accessible. Thesis Publisher addresses common problems in scholarly publishing, including lengthy review periods, unclear editorial processes, limited author support, restricted access to research, and inadequate visibility for emerging scholars.

We are particularly committed to supporting postgraduate researchers, early-career academics, independent scholars, and authors whose work deserves wider international recognition. Our goal is to ensure that important research is not merely archived but actively published, shared, read, cited, and remembered.

How We Work

Our publishing system combines academic rigour with practical efficiency. Manuscripts are managed through a structured editorial and peer-review process supported by defined timelines, transparent tracking, and direct communication with authors.

Accepted publications receive professional editorial and production support, DOI registration, and online dissemination through recognised scholarly infrastructures. Every stage of our work is guided by research integrity, publication ethics, transparency, accessibility, and long-term scholarly value.

Editorial Standards

21-Day Decision Cycle

Reviewers accept a 14-day review period when they agree to evaluate a manuscript. If a review is not submitted within that period, the manuscript may be reassigned to another reviewer. Authors normally receive an initial editorial decision within three weeks of submission.

Transparent Editorial Tracking

The Author Dashboard displays the current review stage, assigned reviewer count, and expected decision date for each submission. Editorial status changes are recorded and made visible to authors in real time.

Same-Day DOI Registration

Accepted articles receive a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) on the day of publication. Article metadata is deposited with Crossref to support discovery through Google Scholar, DOAJ, Semantic Scholar, library services, and other scholarly platforms, where applicable.

Format-Free Initial Submission

Initial manuscripts may be submitted in any standard academic format, including PDF and Microsoft Word (DOCX). Detailed citation, formatting, and typesetting requirements apply only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Indexing and Membership

Thesis Publisher is a Crossref Member Organisation. Published articles receive permanent DOIs, and their publication metadata is deposited with Crossref.

Thesis Publisher follows recognised principles of editorial responsibility, research integrity, transparency, publication ethics, and responsible scholarly communication.
