Author Guidelines

These guidelines apply to all manuscript submissions across ThesisPublisher.my journals. Formatting requirements are minimal for initial submission; full typesetting standards apply only after acceptance.

1. Initial submission format

First submissions are accepted in any standard academic format. Citation style, margin width, and font choice are not evaluated at this stage. The editorial focus is on the scientific content.

  • Submit as PDF or Word (.docx). LaTeX source files are also accepted.
  • Include all figures, tables, and supplementary materials inline.
  • Provide a title page with author names, affiliations, and corresponding author contact details.
  • Include a structured abstract (200-300 words) and 4-6 keywords.

2. Data availability and reproducibility

Research that relies on datasets, code, or computational methods must include a Data Availability Statement. We recommend depositing materials in public repositories (e.g., GitHub, Zenodo, Figshare, OSF). Where data cannot be shared due to privacy or legal restrictions, authors must explain the limitation and describe how the data may be accessed upon request.

3. Research ethics and integrity

All submissions are screened for originality using iThenticate. Studies involving human participants must include ethics committee approval details. Animal research must comply with institutional and national guidelines (e.g., ARRIVE).

4. AI-assisted writing disclosure

If large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) were used to draft, edit, or translate any portion of the manuscript, this must be declared in the Acknowledgments section. AI tools cannot be listed as authors. The corresponding author assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of all AI-assisted content, including citations.

5. Post-acceptance formatting

After acceptance, authors will receive journal-specific formatting instructions covering citation style, figure resolution requirements (minimum 300 DPI), and final typesetting guidelines. Our editorial office handles page layout and production.
