Publishing Ethics

We built ThesisPublisher.my to speed up the review process, not to lower the bar for quality. Good science requires trust. If you submit research here, we expect it to be honest, original, and properly attributed.

Plagiarism and Fabrication

Do not steal other people's work, and do not make up data. We run all submissions through plagiarism detection software before an editor even looks at them. If we catch you falsifying data or copying text without attribution, we will reject the paper and ban your account. If we discover the issue after publication, we will retract the paper and notify your institution.

Authorship

List only the people who actually did the work. "Honorary" authorship for department heads who didn't contribute to the research is unacceptable. Everyone listed as an author must have read and approved the final manuscript.

Conflicts of Interest

If you have a financial or personal relationship that could influence your research, you need to state it clearly when you submit. The same goes for reviewers: if you are asked to review a paper by someone you work with closely, decline the invitation. We want unbiased feedback.

Data Access

Whenever possible, publish your raw data. If reviewers ask to see your data to verify your claims, you must provide it. Refusing to share data without a valid legal or ethical reason will likely result in rejection.
