Payment Policy

1. What we charge for

ThesisPublisher.my accepts payment for:

• Article Processing Charges (APC): publication of an accepted open-access article
• Conference registration fees: by participation category
• Subscriptions: individual and institutional access plans
• Individual purchases: single articles, book chapters, and complete books

The price of every item is shown before you commit to pay. Journal APCs are listed on each journal's page; conference fees are shown on the registration form; plan and publication prices are listed on our Products & Pricing page.

2. Accepted payment methods

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards, and online banking where the gateway supports it. Bank transfer is available for institutional invoices and, where offered, for conference registration.

We never collect or store your card details. Card data is entered directly into the gateway's own secure checkout and never touches our servers.

3. Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency stated against each item, most commonly USD. Where your card is denominated in another currency, your issuer applies its own conversion rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee.

4. Taxes

Prices are shown exclusive of any tax unless stated otherwise. Where tax applies it is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Institutions requiring a formal tax invoice should email support@thesispublisher.my.

5. When payment is due

Unpaid registrations are held but may be released if a category fills.

• Conference registration: a place is confirmed only once payment clears.
• APC: invoiced after acceptance, payable before publication.
• Subscriptions: payable in advance for the chosen period.
• Individual purchases: payable immediately; access is granted on confirmation.

6. Failed and disputed payments

If a payment fails, the order is not completed and no access is granted. You may retry with another method. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before raising a chargeback. We can usually resolve it faster that way.

7. Invoices and receipts

A receipt is emailed automatically on every successful payment. Institutional invoices, purchase-order arrangements and proforma invoices are available on request from support@thesispublisher.my.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
