Delivery & Access Policy

ThesisPublisher.my delivers digital products and services. This page explains when and how you receive what you have paid for.
1. Digital delivery is immediate

Access is granted to the account used at checkout. Sign in and open the item from your dashboard, or use the link in your confirmation email.
2. No physical shipping
We do not ship physical goods. Nothing sold on this website incurs postage, and no delivery address is required. Where a printed volume is offered separately, terms are agreed in writing at the point of order.
3. Publication timing
Purchasing an APC does not deliver an immediate product — it covers publication of an accepted article. Your article appears online once production is complete; the typical interval from acceptance to publication is stated on each journal's page.
4. If access does not arrive
If you have paid but cannot access your purchase:
- Check that you are signed in with the account used at checkout.
- Check the spam folder for the confirmation email.
- Contact support@thesispublisher.my with your payment reference.
We respond within 2 business days and will restore access or refund you.
5. Continuity of access
Purchased articles, chapters and books remain available in your account indefinitely. Subscription access ends when the subscription lapses. Published content is archived so that it remains citable.
6. Technical requirements
Files are supplied as PDF or EPUB. You need a current browser and a PDF or EPUB reader. We do not apply DRM that would prevent you reading a file you have bought.
